Powerpivot ribbon in WIndows XP and Windows 7

While working on Powerpivot in different  Versions (WIndows XP(SP3), WIndows 7& 8). I have found one  Major difference on Powerpivot.

The power pivot ribbon is not appearing in windows XP.
